You are welcome to enjoy our newly remodeled family beach house! This is not a one floor condo rental, but the entire house, with backyard patio, ground floor game room and the capacity to sleep 18 comfortably.

Our beach house is centrally located on the island. Once you arrive, you can park for the week and enjoy all the benefits that Ocean City has to offer without driving anywhere! We are a block and a half walk from the beach, boardwalk, and the shops on Asbury Street. Ocean City is a dry town and known for being “America’s Greatest Family Resort.” There are plenty of activities in the town for you to enjoy, including miniature golf, a waterpark on the boardwalk, weekly farmer’s market, or you can just enjoy a good book on the front porch swing.

Our newly remodeled single family home is perfect for multiple families or large families. The ground floor has a sectional sofa, sleep sofa and 65″ TV with a kitchenette and full refrigerator. Sliders will lead you to the back patio with a gas grill and two enclosed outdoor showers. On the main floor there is a living room, fully stocked kitchen and dining room with seating for at least 10, plus an island that will allow for five additional seats. There is a laundry room and powder room off the kitchen. The front porch features patio furniture and a porch swing. On the second floor there are four bedrooms all having access to balconies. There are two full bathrooms on this level. The third floor has two bedrooms and a full bath and a room with a view of the beautiful ocean! We hope you will choose to rest, relax and unwind with your family at our beach home!

~ For your convenience, we supply 10 beach chairs, a beach caddy, and 12 beach tags. Please make sure all beach tags are accounted for before you leave. We want to make your vacation as happy and relaxing as possible!

Policies:

Cancellation Policy– 50% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in. No refund if you cancel less than 60 days before check-in.

Security Deposit– There will be a Security Deposit of $600 added to the rental rate to cover any damages or incidentals during your stay. You will get your deposit back one week after your stay if everything is in order and accounted for.

Cleaning Fee– There will be a cleaning fee of $275 added to the rental rate . It is very important to us that your stay is Covid clean!
